A flat base plus a simple per-seat add-on. Most small teams never pay a seat fee at all. Paid plans include a 14-day trial (a card is required to start it; no charge until the trial ends, cancel before then for $0). The Free plan needs no card. Monthly billing only for now. Your team’s data is isolated, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and yours to export or delete at any time. Each protection below is enforced in the database itself.
Every record is tagged with your organization’s ID, and the database itself refuses to return one org’s data to another, even if our app code had a bug. Postgres Row-Level Security is forced on, so not even the table owner can bypass it.
An authenticator app (TOTP) is required to access your workspace. New accounts can defer setup a limited number of times during a short enrollment grace, but the workspace stays locked until 2FA is enabled. And it’s not just a login screen. The database only releases your data to a session that has cleared the second factor, so a stolen password alone is useless.
A full snapshot of every workspace is written nightly to encrypted, private off-site storage (separate from the live database and retained for the last 14 days), on top of our database provider’s managed backups. A bad migration or accidental mass-delete is recoverable.
Download a complete export of everything you’ve created, any time. And when you’re done, deletion is immediate: we automatically generate and email you a full export first (and block the delete if that backup can’t be saved), then permanently delete your workspace content and account server-side and revoke your sessions. (Separately, encrypted operational backups may persist up to 30 days before they rotate out.) For fraud-prevention, legal, tax, and audit purposes we keep a minimal record of the deletion itself (the account email, name, workspace name, role, and the date it was deleted), and payment invoices are retained by our payment processor as the law requires.
Administrative actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail that app users can’t edit or delete. A database-level kill switch can freeze irreversible operations during an incident, protection that holds even if an admin account is compromised.
