Vitae Dux is liveNew
  • Publicly launched. Vitae Dux, The Accountability Engine, is open for U.S. business teams: tasks, projects, goals, blockers, focus sessions, and the weekly Accountability Score.
  • Nightly off-site backups. A full snapshot of every workspace is written nightly to encrypted, private off-site storage, separate from the live database, on top of provider backups and your own restore points.
  • Stronger sign-in protection. The "lost my authenticator" recovery flow now requires proof of strong sign-in before it will touch your two-factor setup. Inbox access alone can no longer reset it.
  • Clearer legal pages and guides. Refreshed Terms and Privacy Policy, a plain-English Data Protection & Your Rights guide, published data import and migration guides, and a postal-mail contact channel.

A faster, more reliable experienceImproved
  • Installable app. Add Vitae Dux to your phone or desktop home screen and launch it like a native app, with an offline screen when you lose connection.
  • Seamless page transitions. Moving between pages now fades smoothly instead of flashing.
  • Reliability fix. Edits to a task, project, or goal now always save to the cloud, including on mobile, where a sync edge case could previously revert a change after refresh.
June 2026
Clear, honest pricingNew
  • A new pricing page with three plans (Free, Pro, and Exceptional) and a transparent breakdown of what a team actually pays as it grows.
  • Simple monthly billing. Annual billing is coming soon.
  • A 14-day free trial on paid plans. Add a card to start, with no charge until the trial ends and cancellation anytime before then. The Free plan needs no card at all.

Your data, your controlNew
  • One-click export. Download your entire workspace (tasks, projects, goals, and team) as spreadsheet (XLSX) files anytime.
  • Restore points. Roll your workspace back to an earlier snapshot if something goes wrong.
  • Delete on demand. Permanently remove your account and data whenever you choose.

Security you can rely onImproved
  • Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app / TOTP) is required to access your workspace, from the first sign-in. The database only releases workspace data to a session that has cleared the second factor.
  • Sign in with Google, or with email and a one-time code.
  • Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Your information is never visible to another team.
Spring 2026
A real command centerNew
  • Calendar with Day, Work-Week, and Schedule views to plan your week.
  • Accountability Scorecard that grades your team's follow-through with a single weekly number.
  • Workflow stages, blockers, and decisions so you always know where work really stands.
  • Team management: invite, onboard, and offboard members with ownership built in.
