Sign-in, reminder, and deletion fixesImproved
- Password reset works for every account. The reset form now asks for your authenticator code, then saves your new password.
- Reminders catch up. A reminder that comes due while your phone is asleep now fires when you come back to the app that day.
- Offline changes are kept. A change made while the app is still sending earlier offline work is no longer lost.
- Deletion notices. When a workspace owner deletes their account, they get a confirmation email, and the other members of the workspace get a notice.

Two-factor for everyone, notifications, and WatchNew
- Two-factor sign-in for everyone. Every account now sets up an authenticator app at the first sign-in, with no waiting period.
- Notification settings. My Account has a Notifications screen with a master switch, sound, and quiet hours. Reminders that land in quiet hours move to the end of the window instead of being dropped.
- Reminders go to the right person. A task reminder now goes only to the person the task is assigned to.
- Watch. Tap the eye on a task or project you are waiting on, and it shows up in a Watchlist on the Focus tab.
- Links on tasks. Add links to a task, such as a shared sheet or a vendor page, and open them from Task Details.
- Urgent tasks. Tasks can now be set to Urgent, the same as projects and goals.
- Scrapped and archived. The Completed page has a tab for scrapped projects and archived tasks, with Restore.

Vitae Dux is liveNew
- Publicly launched. Vitae Dux, The Accountability Engine, is open for U.S. business teams: tasks, projects, goals, blockers, focus sessions, and an Accountability Score that updates as work moves.
- Nightly backups. A full snapshot of every workspace is written nightly to encrypted, private backup storage, stored separately from your live data, on top of provider backups and your own restore points.
- Stronger sign-in protection. The "lost my authenticator" recovery flow now requires proof of strong sign-in before it will touch your two-factor setup. Inbox access alone can no longer reset it.
- Clearer legal pages and guides. Refreshed Terms and Privacy Policy, a plain-English Data Protection & Your Rights guide, published data import and migration guides, and a postal-mail contact channel.

- A 14-day free trial on your first paid plan. Add a card to start, with no charge until the trial ends and cancellation anytime before then. The Free plan needs no card at all.

- One-click export. Owners and admins can download the entire workspace (tasks, projects, goals, and team) as spreadsheet (XLSX) files anytime.
- Restore points. Roll your workspace back to an earlier snapshot if something goes wrong.
- Delete on demand. Delete your own account in the app whenever you choose. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept.

- Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app / TOTP) is required to access your workspace, from the first sign-in. The database only releases workspace data to a session that has cleared the second factor.
- Sign in with Google, or with email and a one-time code.
- Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Your information is kept separate from every other team.
