Good to know

Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent tier, not a trial. You get 2 seats, 3 projects, 50 tasks and 3 goals with the core command center, for as long as you want, with no credit card.
How does the trial work?
Your first Pro or Exceptional subscription includes a 14-day trial. You'll set up billing to start it, but you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then for $0. The trial is a one-time offer per account: if you cancel and later resubscribe, billing starts right away.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Each plan includes a bundle of seats in the flat base (2 on Free, 3 on Pro, 5 on Exceptional). You only pay for extra seats beyond that: $10/seat/mo on Pro, $15/seat/mo on Exceptional. Most small teams never pay a seat add-on at all.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account billing settings. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays exportable.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. You can export your workspace at any time, and you can request account deletion on demand. We don't hold your data hostage to keep you on a plan.
